Here is our fruit jelly recipe, ideal for those days when it starts to get hot. Easy, quick, and delicious… enjoy it!

 

Ingredients:

• 4 g of agar agar

• 200 ml of water

• 550 ml of pineapple and grape juice

• 1 peach

• 2 kiwis

• 2 bananas

• 100 g of strawberries

• Sweetener to taste, sugar, agave syrup…

1. Peel and chop the fruit. Mix it well and place it in a mold up to the edge.

2. Sprinkle Pronagar® in a rain-like manner into the water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sugar and mix.

3. Remove from heat and, when warm, add the fruit juice.

4. Fill the fruit mold with the liquid. Place in the fridge and wait for it to set. Unmold and serve.
