New catalog of peptones and Halal

Hispanagar increases its catalog of peptones and incorporates new products into its wide range of offerings to enhance the final functionalities of these peptones, achieving a greater range of applications. 

Among the new categories we can find are:  

• Casein Peptone Type IV 

• Proteose Peptone No. 5 

• Soy Peptone Type III 

• Bacteriological Peptone Type II 

• Casein Peptone CH Halal  

The Casein Peptone Type IV has been specially formulated to promote higher growth rates and is soluble in water, but not in alcohol and ether. 

With the inclusion of Proteose Peptone No. 5, we offer a new ingredient in culture media, especially for non-fussy organisms. Additionally, it can be used for fermentation studies. 

The Soy Peptone Type III has been designed for fermentation processes where clarity and transmittance are not essential. 

On the other hand, the Bacteriological Peptone Type II has been developed for use in culture media for diagnostic tests and in bacteriological research. Its function in the industry is aimed at the production of antibiotics, vaccines, and other biological products. 

Finally, we find the Casein Peptone CH, which has the Halal certificate, as its production is carried out through hydrolysis processes using non-animal-derived enzymes.  It is recommended for use in fermentation processes, as well as in the formulation of culture media for BioPharma applications such as vaccine production.
