Hispanagar innovating with the European Union

Hispanagar has recently concluded the project "Investments for innovation in a company that manufactures purified extracts from algae" which, with a duration of a year and a half, had the objective of developing a new line of innovative products in the sector at its Burgos plant. called Qsol, for use in food applications, especially in the field of dairy products. Unlike traditional agar, agar dissolves quickly at 80ºC without the need to reach boiling temperatures, making it a more efficient product.

This project has been co-financed by CDTI and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within its campaign "a way to make Europe"
