Hispanagar has recently completed the project “Investments for Innovation in Companies Manufacturing Purified Extracts from Algae” which, with a duration of a year and a half, aimed to develop a new line of innovative products in the food sector called Qsol, for use in food applications, especially in the field of dairy derivatives. Unlike traditional agar, agar dissolves quickly at 80ºC without the need to reach boiling temperatures, becoming a more efficient product.
