Hispanagar will be present once again at Biofach, one of the largest organic product fairs in the industry. The event takes place in Nuremberg, Germany from February 13 to 16 and will feature the presence of 2,983 exhibitors and more than fifty thousand visitors. Agar-agar is a perfect product for this fair as it is of natural origin and 100% plant-based. Extracted from red algae, it has many properties and benefits for our body. It is ideal for use in all types of diets and is also a very versatile ingredient, mainly used as a gelling and thickening agent in both sweet and savory recipes.
All organic foods presented at Biofach are certified in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation. Hispanagar offers Ecoagar Organic, an organic certified agar extracted from algae collected in certified natural environments and subjected to certified processes to obtain a product with the guarantees required by organic farming regulations.
