This Channel is an informative medium designed to facilitate the management of communications related to violations of the Law, suspicions of criminal activities, infringements against the financial interests of the European Union, and/or non-compliance with the internal regulations of our entity.
Who can use the Communications Channel?
It is open to the participation of anyone who has a working, professional, commercial, or any other type of interest relationship with us. This includes, illustratively but not exhaustively, the following:
- Members of the Board of Administration

- Individuals who maintain a commercial professional relationship with us

What facts can be communicated through the Communication Channel?
- Suspicions of criminal offenses
- Work or sexual harassment
- Serious or very serious administrative violations of the Law
- Violations of labor law regarding safety and health
- Violations of the interests of the European Union

How will the person in charge of the Communication Channel handle my communications?
All information shared through this Channel will be handled confidentially. The possibility of making communications anonymously is offered. We are committed to protecting the rights of both the informant and the implicated person at all times, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of those who report regulatory violations and contribute to the fight against corruption.
