Agar Eco: only two European companies produce organic agar

The products of Hispanagar have a special connection with the sea. Ensuring that our seas and oceans are preserved in good condition is essential for our company. Therefore, having our products (agar) certified as organic seems particularly relevant to us. Only one other company in all of Europe has products with organic certification, which gives an idea of the quality of our agars. In the rest of the world, the proportion of agars with organic certification is even scarcer, especially among Asian producers. 

The organic certification guarantees that the agar has been produced following the regulations of organic agriculture, subjecting all processes to strict control: extraction, production, packaging, and marketing.

Organic certification is a guarantee for the customer that the products are made respecting the sustainability of resources and the care of the environment. But not only that, it is also a quality guarantee that enhances European agars in comparison, especially with those from Asia.
