Short peptides are absorbed more efficiently than free amino acids. B vitamins activate critical metabolic pathways. Nucleotides accelerate protein synthesis. The result is faster growth, higher cell viability, and greater batch-to-batch consistency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The variability that many teams attribute to the process, the equipment, or the strain can sometimes have a much simpler explanation: the peptone batch changed, and no one analyzed it in sufficient detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
