Don&#8217;t miss this delicious recipe for Christmas cookies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><strong><span><span><span>Ingredients:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>200 gr of flour,<br \/>\n60 gr of ground almonds,<br \/>\n100 gr of cane sugar,<br \/>\nGrated peel of 1\/2 lemon (untreated),<br \/>\n2 packets of vanilla sugar,<br \/>\n2 egg yolks,<br \/>\n100 gr of butter,<br \/>\n50 gr of coconut oil (Dr. Goerg),<br \/>\n1 pinch of salt,<br \/>\n60 gr of jam or jelly with Pronagar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><strong><span><span><span>Preparation:&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span><span><span>Mix flour, sugar,&nbsp;salt,&nbsp;vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and egg yolks. Cut the butter into small pieces and add. Then, we will quickly knead until we obtain a uniform dough. Form two rolls, wrap in aluminum foil, and let rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Preheat the oven to 170 \u00ba C.<br \/>\nTake portions the size of a hazelnut and with your hands, form small balls that we will place on the baking tray. Once all are formed, with the yolk of a floured finger, press down on the dough balls to create a small indentation. Deposit a small amount of jam in the indentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Place the tray in the oven and bake for approx. 10 -15 minutes, watching that they do not brown too much. Place the rest of the jam in a saucepan and heat until it boils. Remove from heat and carefully fill the indentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Return the cookies to the already turned off and open oven, let rest for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove and let cool.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The agar has multiple applications in food.
