It is a very useful tool as a gelling agent in various applications such as high-resolution electrophoresis gels and cell culture media.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hispanagar offers, responding to market demand, Molecular screen agaroses, which we chemically modify their structure to obtain a new chemical &#8216;skeleton&#8217; that increases the capacity to separate nucleic acid fragments smaller than 1000 bp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this way, we achieve agaroses with a resolution capacity, in some cases, close to that obtained with polyacrylamide gels. The gels of these agaroses, even at very high concentrations, exhibit high transparency that allows for very clear visualization of the bands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The different Molecular screens we provide to our clients are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Agarose MS4: with a gelation\/melting temperature close to Low Melt, it is the agarose with the highest molecular sieving capacity. It has a low viscosity that allows for the creation of high concentration gels to increase sieving capacity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Agarose MS6: presents a resolving efficacy focused on small DNA fragments and PCR products. It is free of DNases\/RNases and its DNA Binding is very low.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Agarose MS8: its DNA Binding is very low, and it is free of DNases\/RNases. It is especially recommended for analytical DNA gels \u2264 1,200 bp and PCR products.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Agarose MS12: also presents a low DNA Binding and is free of DNases\/RNases. At concentrations such as 2%, its separation capacity is 500 -1500 bp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Agarose Nugel 3.1: especially advisable for separating PCR products.
