{"id":1824,"date":"2022-12-20T15:51:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-20T14:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hispanagar.com\/blog\/hispanagar-se-une-al-proyecto-europeo-circalgae\/"},"modified":"2026-07-21T13:25:29","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T11:25:29","slug":"hispanagar-se-une-al-proyecto-europeo-circalgae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hispanagar.com\/en\/blog\/hispanagar-se-une-al-proyecto-europeo-circalgae\/","title":{"rendered":"Hispanagar se une al proyecto europeo CIRCALGAE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado octubre tuvo lugar la primera reuni\u00f3n de los 21 socios que conforman el proyecto europeo CIRCALGAE, del que Hispanagar forma parte, para debatir y organizar el plan de trabajo para los pr\u00f3ximos 4 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto tiene un objetivo: <strong>revalorizar los residuos de algas obteniendo productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido<\/strong>. As\u00ed, por medio de este proyecto, se transformar\u00e1n residuos en ingredientes que sirvan a la industria de alimentos veganos texturizados, en ingredientes alimentarios beneficiosos para la salud, en piensos ricos en fibra y en formulaciones para el sector cosm\u00e9tico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera se crea un nuevo concepto de biorrefiner\u00eda azul capaz de obtener productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido reduciendo significativamente el impacto ambiental, a partir de ingredientes beneficiosos y funcionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El plan nace de la necesidad de revalorizar la biomasa de algas, hasta el momento infrautilizada, mediante nuevos procesos productivos que encajen en el marco de las pol\u00edticas sostenibles de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proyecto, el consorcio, del que Hispanagar forma parte, desarrollar\u00e1 12 productos de demostraci\u00f3n que validar\u00e1n el potencial de los nuevos ingredientes obtenidos a partir de las algas, para estos sectores clave.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con este proyecto tratamos de cerrar la brecha entre el sector productor de algas y los sectores de la alimentaci\u00f3n, piensos y cosm\u00e9tica y llevar a cabo un impacto real en la bioeconom\u00eda azul en Europa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hispanagar participa en el proyecto europeo CIRCALGAE, una iniciativa que busca revalorizar los residuos de algas para obtener ingredientes de alto valor a\u00f1adido destinados a los sectores de la alimentaci\u00f3n, los piensos y la cosm\u00e9tica, impulsando la bioeconom\u00eda azul y promoviendo procesos m\u00e1s sostenibles e innovadores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":1073,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[25],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1824","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
