• Hispanagar was nominated in the second edition of the Channel 4 Burgos TV Awards, in "Business Values" category, as a recognition of the company's dedication to innovation and promotion of the region.

• Hispanagar works together with the "Rio Nora" High School of Pola de Siero, Asturias, in a project to spread the knowing of seaweed applications by giving away research studies and documents to 45 students so they can get to know better all the properties of the seaweed growing in their environment.
